We are taking the lab to Banawe.

Choy and Bea, the founders of Homebase, walked us through the heritage eateries and hidden gems that make Banawe home: the roast houses, the hole-in-the-walls, the soybean shop you have to reach before it sells out.

So we are doing what we do. Two nights, one lauriat, Now Now's take on each of those plates. Bar Hometown and Jacque and Matcha pour the welcome drink.

Pick a route. Eat it together.

Four routes, each a set sized for a group, from a pair to a table of six. Every route starts and ends at Homebase, so you reserve the whole route, not a seat. Add a mocktail or cocktail pairing per person if you like.

Pick a route, a night and a seating. Your table eats the route together, with a welcome drink by Bar Hometown and Jacque and Matcha as you sit down. Reserve below and we will confirm by email.

Your route is held the moment you reserve. A confirmation email follows with the payment details and the cancellation policy. Mondays are rest days for the whole team, so anything sent on a Monday is answered come Tuesday.

Before you come.

Where
Homebase, 88 Apo St., Quezon City. The night is cooked by Now Now and served in Homebase’s own room. Parking on Banawe fills early; ride-hailing drop-off is easiest.
Format
A seated lauriat, served as one table, and a welcome drink by Bar Hometown and Jacque and Matcha as you sit down. Allow around two and a half hours. Arrive fifteen minutes before your seating.
Dietary
The menu is set and built around pork, seafood, shellfish and fermented dairy. Tell us about allergies in your reservation and we will do what we can.
